We found a cockroach inside our room.Telephone not working.

Very friendly staff always willing to help. Location was good close to the beach but far enough away not be be bothered with the noisy nightlife.Rooms were cleaned for arrival.

No daily housekeeping. They did clean one of the rooms I booked but this had to be requested.

Overall everything was good as expected but they try to charge you for any additional or even for a glass which got broke by accident.

Room and bed size was perfect for our family.Staff were all kind and accommodating.Location is near the beach, just less than 5 mins walk.The pool at the roof top had an amazing view and we enjoyed having our drinks at night by the pool.

-not senior citizen friendly, the elevator is located in the 3rd flr. -the restroom in the dining area is so dirty and has no water. -I requested for a room service but it was not done, the receptionist told me that the housekeeping is under staff

Cleanliness and staff were good

The breakfast hall can't accommodate all guest. Not big enough. When we were going for breakfast the guy incharge in the door told us to come back after an hour because it's full. So we decided to take breakfast somewhere else. It's bad that we were not able to avail our breakfast.

Stay here if you are in Boracay - an excellent value for money, lovely staff, very clean and the rooftop pool was a real treat! Excellent Wifi, great bar service on rooftop and so close to everything.

The Hotel close to everything, not on the white beach but a 5min walk away. Pool area is nice.

The view and the room were wonderful except there was no hot water

For the first two days and nights of a 3 day stay there was not hot water which was a major factor in renting any high end hotel.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The rooftop bar area was lovely but needs more loungers.

The room was very dirty and Full of big spiders webs. Staff didn’t clean unless we rang down and asked them to. The tv in the room didn’t turn off. The property was also very noisy at night.

Very nice , clean, near to the beach, staffs are all nice.

No hooks for clothes only hangers.

Cleanliness and well mannered staff

Old facility, Breakfast not that satisfyingOne staff even asked to finish the food while I was standing to absorb my foods, seem unpleasant to me. Stairs for going up is exhausting.

Few days before our stay, I was advised by the staff that the pool was under renovation and the elevator wasn't working. I was so sad about it as the pool was the main reason why I chose the hotel because I have 2yr old kid who just love to dip in the pool and we also have PWD with us. I was about to cancel our stay but they offered us 2 rooms at the lower ground to still accommodate us. They gave me the details and I was ok with it. They then updated me again I think 2 days before our stay that the pool is already operational and so as the elevator. I was sooo happy about it and I appreciate that they keep me posted with the updates every now and then. We came early prior to our check-in time and I asked if it's ok to use the room and since it's available, we were lucky to go inside the moment we arrived. Everything else went smoothly until our last day in Lime. I so love the staff who were super super nice and accommodating, our room was so spacious and clean which my family enjoyed so much and the beach and pool towel was so convenient for us that we don't need to worry brining our own cause lime got us covered.Location - 2-3mins walk from the beach which is tolerable for us. The road was cemented anyway so we have no problem with it.Breakfast buffet - just the typical filipino morning breakfast, just come in early to enjoy the complete set which changes daily. Though the selection was not variety, it was just enough for us and my family enjoyed it.Lobby stairs and ambiance - the stairs going to the lobby was really a challenge but for us, it's tolerable and you'll get used to it. I think the lobby needs a little renovation as some of the areas looks old already.Superior family room - We love our room. It's super clean and they offer cleaning service for free and they also changed our kits. We were advised that their room wasn't sound proof but we didn't experience and noise from the other rooms or guest.

Breakfast is monotonous and is served downstairs in the restaurant, but you can tolerate it for a couple of weeks. The staff is great and the location is one of the best on the island. 5 minutes walk to the white beach. To the central square too
